Where in New England are you based?
I work throughout New England. My focus right now is Nantucket, Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and Coastal Maine.
What type(s) of artwork do you create?
I create original oil paintings of the coast of New England of investment quality. I also specialize in custom views, home portraits and yacht portraits. Sometimes, the only way to get the painting you really want is to have an artist paint it for you.

Describe Your Art and Your Sources of Inspiration
I am a self-taught artist, painting professionally for over 20 years. I paint with oils in representational style. My goal is to capture the subtle changes in light on the landscape and the pressing shadows that will push my paintings to a level of execution that is hard to find in the art world today, making owning one of my paintings something very special.
Being an artist is my passion: I enjoy creating paintings that bring viewers into the painting, reminding them of a special moment in time or of that special place. I enjoy becoming part of the environment I paint. I love New England.
