If you think it's a shame that Christmas only comes once a year, plan a family trip to Santa's Village. This enchanting amusement park, located high in the White Mountains in Jefferson, New Hampshire, puts families in the holiday spirit from Memorial Day weekend through late October, and it reopens in mid-November for special weekend and holiday dates of magical (if chilly!) fun through December.
I visited Santa's Village with my husband and 3-1/2-year-old daughter in July of 2006 and took these pictures, which will give you a preview of the park. Come along on this photo tour, and I'll also share a few tips and tidbits that will help you plan your visit.
