The Main Course
Believe it or not, the butter-poached smoked lobster was a menu addition: not the main course. My entree was Olive-crusted Free Range Veal Loin on Couscous with Aubergine Tomato Puree, Ratatouille Croquet and Madeira Sauce.

Remember, I am only showing you highlights from my dinner at Muse, but even though I've omitted a few courses along the way, I'm sure you can sense that by the time my entree arrived, I was already feeling abundantly satisfied. And while there was no way I could consume the entire dish, this savory, creatively prepared veal was a real treat, since I rarely cook veal at home.
