Recipe: Oatmeal, Chocolate, Dried Cranberries and Toffee Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup butter (room temperature)
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Skorr Toffee bits
  • 1-1/2 cups oatmeal
  • Parchment paper
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together the flour and baking soda. Cream together butter, white sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract and combine with flour and baking soda. Add to the above mixture cranberries, chocolate chips, toffee bits and oatmeal.

Place rounded teaspoons on cookie sheets covered with parchment paper about two inches apart. Bake for 8–10 minutes until browned. Remove and cool.
