Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb. margarine (melted)
- 1 cup vanilla wafers finely crushed
- 1 cup walnuts chopped fine
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 package confectionery sugar
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- 1/2 bar paraffin wax
- wax paper
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients; form into small balls and chill. Best if chilled overnight. Melt 6 oz. package chocolate chips and 1/2 bar paraffin wax in double boiler on stove and dip each ball. Place on wax paper to set. Makes about 75.Previous page > Cookie Recipes from New England Inns
