Ingredients:
  • 1 cup maple sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tablespoon flour
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
  • Whipped cream or Cool Whip
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, combine the first six ingredients together. Pour into the pie shell and bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Slice the pie into individual servings. Serve warm with real whipped cream or Cool Whip.
