Ingredients:
- Italian bread, sliced diagonally
- Cabot Butter, softened
- Fresh tomatoes, sliced
- 10 oz. Cabot Roasted Garlic Cheddar, grated
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°. Butter bread on both sides and toast in oven for five minutes. Remove from oven, place tomatoes on bread, top with cheese and return to oven for five minutes to melt cheese. Serve hot.
