The Connecticut Expo Center in Hartford hosts a variety of consumer and trade shows and events throughout the year.

Connecticut Expo Center Overview:

The Connecticut Expo Center, located just north of downtown Hartford, Connecticut, with convenient access from I-91, is an 88,000-square-foot, one-level exhibit hall that serves as a venue for a variety of events, from consumer shows such as home shows and antique shows, to trade shows and business banquets and meetings. The privately owned facility opened in 1998, and it hosts more than 30 public events annually.

What Events Are Coming Up at the Connecticut Expo Center?:

At the Connecticut Expo Center Web site, you'll find a calendar of upcoming shows and events that are open to the public, along with links to the promoting organizations for additional show information. Major annual events held at the Connecticut Expo Center include the Connecticut Bridal Show, the Spring Home Show, and the Sugarloaf Craft Festival.

Directions to the Connecticut Expo Center:

From the East or West: Follow Route I-84 to Route I-91 North. Take Exit 33 for Jennings Road off I-91. At the end of the ramp, turn left. At the second light, turn left onto Weston Street. At the second light, turn right onto New Road, and the Connecticut Expo Center will be on your left.

From the South: Take Exit 33 for Jennings Road off I-91 North and proceed as above.

From the North: Follow I-91 South to Exit 33 for Jennings Road. At the end of the ramp, turn right. At the first light, turn left onto Weston Street. At the second light, turn right onto New Road. The Connecticut Expo Center will be on your left.

Connecticut Expo Center Tips for Visitors:

The Connecticut Expo Center has 2,000 parking spaces, so you shouldn't have any trouble finding a parking spot. Be aware, however, that there is a charge for parking at most Expo Center events.
Wear comfortable shoes for walking the exhibit hall floor at Expo Center shows.
