That should be enough to creep you out--even if there are no ghosts in the house.

The Orleans Inn
Ed Maas, owner of the Orleans Inn on Cape Cod, says that during the Roaring '20s, the inn was a brothel, and "one of the ladies was murdered. We have named her Hannah, and she is quite happy here at the inn. She opens doors, turns on lights and lights candles. She makes her presence known through a cool breeze of air from no known source. She also has appeared as an apparition."

This Eastham, Massachusetts, haunted inn is home to the "Goodnight Ghost" and other playful spirits. Ghost stories from this inn are well documented in the book, Haunted Houses of Cape Cod.
