Sand Art

The world-class sand sculptures on display at Hampton Beach are sprayed with windscreen--a mixture of glue and water--to help them withstand the elements. In addition to the entries by master sand sculptors, who compete for $15,000 in cash prizes, visitors to the beach can see several other sponsored sculptures. Each is truly an amazing work of art, so hurry to Hampton Beach before they slip away. The 2009 entries will be on view at least through June 28, 2009.
