What You Need to Know
Location: The Lutz Museum is located at 247 South Main Street (Route 83) in Manchester, Connecticut. From Hartford and points west, follow 84 East to 384 East. Take exit 3, turn left at the end of the exit ramp, and the museum is 1/4 mile on the left. From points east, take 384 west to exit 3. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp, make another left at the first light, go straight through the next light, and the museum is 1/4 mile ahead on the left.
Hours: The museum is open Tuesdays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from noon until 5 p.m.
Admission: Admission is $5 per person over the age of one (as of 2009), or purchase a membership and receive unlimited admission and discounts on classes and performances. Membership is $25 for individuals or $50 for families.
