There are three hotels located on-site at Foxwoods, the world's largest casino. Two Trees Inn, which is located across the street and a five-minute shuttle ride from the gambling action, is a good choice both for visitors to the Connecticut casino and for families in search of a comfortable hotel near the Rhode Island shore.
My parents, my husband, my daughter and I stayed at Two Trees Inn in August of 2006, and we spent our days at the beach in Misquamicut and Watch Hill (both about 20 minutes away) and our evenings at the Craps Table, Bingo Hall or with the little one at the casino's arcade or the hotel's indoor pool. The rates at Two Trees were cheaper than what we found closer to the beach, and the pool was a great back-up option in case of rain.
