Pennsylvania-based QVC is coming to New England for a series of live broadcasts September 17 through 22, 2001. The "Experience New England" tour will visit six New England towns, and you can be part of the live audience.

Here's the schedule of dates, times and locations:

Monday, September 17
The Boathouse - Belfast, Maine
2-4 p.m. Eastern

Tuesday, September 18
The Branford House at Avery Point - Groton, Connecticut
2-3 p.m. Eastern

Wednesday, September 19
The Equinox Inn - Manchester, Vermont
2-4 p.m. Eastern

Thursday, September 20
South County Museum - Narragansett, Rhode Island
2-4 p.m. Eastern

Friday, September 21
Historic Deerfield's Dwight House - Deerfield, Massachusetts
2-3 p.m. Eastern

Saturday, September 22
Depot Park - Peterborough, New Hampshire
2-5 p.m. Eastern

The schedule is subject to change, particularly in the event of inclement weather, so call toll free, 888 81-LOCAL, for the latest information.

These events are open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. Audience members will have the opportunity to see the QVC Local, the network's mobile broadcasting studio, in action and to shop for New England products on sale via QVC's Web site during the live broadcast.

Of course, if you can't make it to New England for these events, you can still be a member of QVC's home audience September 17 through 22 starting at 2 p.m. Eastern each day for a virtual tour of New England towns and the opportunity to shop for products from the region.
