New England and lobster go together like Seattle and coffee, like New York and bagels, like New Orleans and gumbo. Wherever you go in New England, you'll find lobster on the menu... even McDonald's has a lobster sandwich available at some of its New England locations!

I immediately typed the link from the article into my browser, and voila! I was at the MElobster.com Web site, where, as the article promised, I found a recipe for a Lobster Omelet! This recipe with an Oriental flair calls for boiled lobster meat, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, scallions and soy sauce. MElobster.com also provides recipes for Lobster Bisque Dewey and Lobster Cantonese, plus information on how to cook and eat lobster.
