Rating: Five Gold Leaves. The best!

We hadn't been to The Yankee Clipper Inn in about 10 years and recently returned. The inn has been transformed! The room we have always stayed in has now become a luxury retreat! We enjoyed magnificent European antiques in our room including the most beautiful French armoire and vanity. The linens and towels are all fine Egyptian cotton--perfect after enjoying the Jacuzzi tub!

We watched a complimentary movie from the DVD collection and enjoyed the view of waves crashing on rocks, always breathtaking, made more so by a storm! The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff helped us make reservations. While we were there, they were in the process of redoing the dining room, with plans for opening a new restaurant. We look forward to returning more often to enjoy this fabulous place!
