Rating: Five Gold Leaves. The best!

This is an historic tavern with excellent food, service and atmosphere.

The triple silk dessert was outstanding, and the staff was very generous in making our time in the oldest part of the building, the bar, special.

Dining at White Horse Tavern was the highlight of our visit to Newport.
