Chef Ray's Not Just Seafood in Rockland, Massachusetts, is an outstanding restaurant. Not Just Seafood features an eclectic selection of items from a variety of cuisines including French, Italian, Cajun and German. Chef Ray rotates 10 new dishes through his menu each week to keep everything alive. Chef Ray is the former chef of the Ritz Carlton in Boston and was the first winner of
Radisson Hotel Corporation's "Food and Beverage Director of the Year" Award. Favorite dishes include the mako shark, crab cakes, butternut squash raviolis and, of course, the chocolate cake (Decadent Ecstasy)! ENJOY! |
