Rocky Neck State Park Guest Review submitted by: Carolyn Rating: Five gold leaves. The best!
With a 4 and 5 year old, this was our first campground experience. It was excellent. We spent the day hiking the trails in the shade while the beach was crowded, and when the crowd started to disperse, we had the beach almost to ourselves. After the lifeguards went home, I even launched my kayak, which is usually difficult to do if I need a pickup from my husband while he's watching the kids. But in my kayak, I could see my husband and kids and had his help for the trek back to the car from the beach. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation that cost us just the expense of gas, food and the camp space. Submit Your Camping Review |
