agreement with state police on security issues just four hours before a drop dead deadline
of 4 p.m. on May 27. The show will go on!

of 4 p.m. Thursday, May 27 for negotiating a contract between local police and Woodstock

conflict, guitarist Jeff Beck won't play Woodstock '99 after all!

Finally Play Woodstock - From the official Woodstock '99 site, Jeff Beck, who
missed the '69 festival because his band, The Jeff Beck Group, broke up a week before,
joins the list of confirmed
performers for this year's event. Other bands recently added to the line-up:
Everclear, Godsmack, Lit, Kid Rock, and Mike Ness.
