When Vermont Teddy Bear says its bears are handcrafted in Vermont, they aren't kidding. On a tour of the Vermont Teddy Bear factory in Shelburne, Vermont, where one-third of the bears are made, it's easy to see that each bear gets plenty of hands-on attention, from sewing to stuffing to brushing and fluffing. Vermont Teddy Bear also has a factory in Newport, Vermont.
