Out of Hot Water

Bathroom Picture - Mohegan Sun Hotel

Glitter: Even the bathroom sinks in the rooms and suites at the Mohegan Sun Hotel are designed to reflect the theme of the sky, with glittery flecks in the black vanity symbolizing the heavens at night.

Jitter: The water in our room eventually did get a bit hotter than lukewarm, but it never did get hot. A call to the front desk for assistance was met with assurance that we'd hear back within five minutes, but the return call actually took 40 minutes, and by then, we had already opted for slightly better than tepid showers. A follow-up call after I'd returned home was met with assurances that this was an opening night issue and that boiler settings have been adjusted so that it shouldn't happen again.
