Totally Angular | |

Glitter: Again, we see interior design firm Hirsch Bedner's clever use of angular furnishings that complement the exterior structure of the hotel. The color scheme for the rooms was selected based on Hubble Telescope photos of what the Earth's sky looks like from space--hues of soft gold, purple and blue predominate. Greg Bates, a Designer with Hirsch Bedner, described the palette during the press conference as, "the colors of the cosmos."
Jitter: The in-room coffeemaker was nice--and brand new; I had to remove a sticker from the carafe top and plug it in. But... I was disappointed that coffee and decaffeinated coffee were the only beverages supplied--nothing for a tea drinker like me.
Jitter: The television is equipped with a variety of neat features, from high-speed, on-screen Internet access and a wireless keyboard to movies to a 100-CD jukebox. The negative, though, is that all of these things will cost you money, and there isn't even a free preview option.
