Better Known as Dr. Seuss | |

Springfield native Theodor Seuss Geisel, who died in 1991, is much better known to children all over the world as Dr. Seuss. At the Dr. Seuss National Memorial at The Quadrangle in Springfield, Massachusetts, the cherished author is portrayed at his drawing board with one of his wondrous characters, The Cat in the Hat, peering over his shoulder.
