All About Strawberries

On Saturday, June 23, 2007, celebrate the strawberry harvest at the Mashantucket Pequot Museum and Research Center in Mashantucket, Connecticut, a five-minute shuttle bus ride from Foxwoods Casino.

The Strawberry Thanksgiving event runs from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. and features traditional Native music, dancing, games for children, a puppet show, strawberry refreshments and other activities.

Admission to the Strawberry Celebration is free with regular museum admission.

For more information about these and other events at the Mashantucket Pequot Museum and Research Center, call 860-396-6800 or toll free, 800-411-9671. Directions to the museum are available online.

Enjoy!
