The Surfer: Welcome to Rhode Island
Bruce and I met Bill and Sandy at the Mohegan
Sun Casino--what better place to meet up with the Casino Gambling
Guide--and, after lunch at the buffet, we hopped in the car and headed for Rhode
Island. At 3:25 p.m., we pulled into the parking lot at the I-95 Visitor's
Center in Richmond, where we spotted our first Mr. Potato Head, this surfer
spud, who welcomed us to the Ocean State.
