Mr. Potato Head Golfer

We backtracked just a bit from the I-95 Visitor's Center in
search of the Lindhbrook Golf Course in Hopkinton and, by 3:50 p.m., we'd taken
a wrong turn down a dead end. Thank goodness for modern technology! I used the
cell phone to call information, got a phone number for the golf course, and soon
we had a friendly voice on the line helping us to navigate our way toward our
second spud sighting. We arrived at the parking lot at 3:58 p.m. and Bill
quickly spotted the Mr. Potato Head Golfer who, unbeknownst to us, was looking a
bit bald and bare. Not seconds after we started photographing him, we were
halted by a course employee who ran out from the pro shop shouting, "Wait!
I have his hat!" He had his clubs, too, and, with those accessories in
place, this tater looked ready to peel out in a golf cart and play 18.
