November 5, 2003
As we take our last look for the season at the view outside my window on a
drizzly New England day, you'll see that the trees are mostly bare, with just a
few dead leaves waiting morbidly for the next strong breeze. All that's left of
the fall foliage season here in Connecticut is the raking! Autumn may be winding
down, but there is always something enticing here in New England. Think ahead to
Thanksgiving, and plan a visit or a
celebration at home with some old-fashioned New England touches.
