I don't envy the judges who had to award ribbons at the Newport Flower show! All of the arrangements were simply spectacular. Here, we see the Honorable Mention recipient in the category, A New Dawn. It was designed by Melissa Herbert and Victoria Root of Newport, Rhode Island, to fit the category: "a cascade design in tints, tones and shades of red."
