Who Says Christmas Trees Have to Be Green?
I let out an involuntary gasp as I entered the first room on the self-guided holiday tour of Marble House. The Gold Room, the Vanderbilt home's glittering ballroom, is the perfect setting for the most magnificent tree in all of Newport, Rhode Island, this beauty made entirely of passion-red poinsettias.
