Cabot Cheese Picture - Sour Cream Manufacturing Line

In addition to seeing how cheddar cheese is made, you'll also have the opportunity to learn more about other dairy products made in Vermont during your tour of the Cabot Creamery. Here we see sour cream coming off the manufacturing line. Though they are not visible in this photo, black cow spots are painted on this piece of packaging equipment, which is nicknamed "Robo Cow." Before you leave the manufacturing area, you'll also get to see the lab where cheese is tasted and tested.
