"They know it's me," said trainer Kristine Magao of her interactions with Mystic Aquarium's three beluga whales. In this photo, Magao shares a playful moment with Kela, the smallest of the belugas. The Aquarium's Beluga Contact Program gives participants an opportunity not only to observe belugas up close but to witness this special bond between animal and trainer.
