From My Kitchen: Kim's Easy Cod Recipe

Cod has been a New England food staple since the Pilgrims arrived on the region's shores. We even have an entire Cape named for this fish, which was found in remarkable abundance by early settlers. This flaky, mild white fish is delicious and easy to prepare. From my New England kitchen, here's an easy recipe for breaded cod fillets.
